This is a very solid machine. Nothing but quality and awesome new features. The Z-Axis control is why I bought this laser, and it did not disappoint. I can’t wait to utilize it more for upcoming projects! For the price of the laser, and the features it has, this is a great value. Might I also add that this is my third NEJE laser in about 4 years, and all of them are of excellent build quality and still working great. You won’t be disappointed with this laser.

The NEJE Max 4 is a DIY industrial 4-axis diode laser engraver that provides a 4-axis solution to be compatible with lightburn and laserGRBL. It is the first laser engraving machine on the market that can realize 4-axis collaborating, which allows it to automatically complete more precise processes through the collaborating of X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis, and A-axis.
The new Max 4 machine has industrial-grade structural accuracy. All parts are calibrated by high-precision industrial master machine, linear track correction, and the installation direction of each plane is precisely matched, making the operation of the module more accurate and stable.
The NEJE Max 4 A40640 Laser Engraver has a zoom output laser cutter with a size of 29.6″x18.11″ that can engrave wood, metal, paper, fabric, acrylic and other materials. NEJE has developed a unique point-to-point engraving module by NEJE software and APP that can obtain more portable operations.
How does the 4-axis control system work? The 4-axis control system of NEJE Max 4 works through the collaborating of X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis, and A-axis. This collaboration allows the machine to automatically complete more precise processes. The repeated positioning accuracy of Y and Z axes reaches 0.001mm, XYZ axis includes automatic reset, and the repeated positioning accuracy after reset can also reach 0.01-0.001mm. The electric Z-axis with high precision can load up to 1kg and travel 45mm, realizing high-precision repositioning with an accuracy of 0.001 mm.
